Shipping Policies

 

 

Processing Time

Product orders placed will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed. Standard delivery is five to seven business days. Delivery times may be affected by seasonal carrier volume. 

 

Pickup orders are generally available within two to four days, Monday through Saturday, during regular business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Shipping Options

Product orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for most items and UPS Ground for larger items at our discretion, with no additional charge.  

 

Shipping Rates

Sound Health Consulting Inc. charges a flat rate of $5 for shipping of items less than $60. Before the final checkout page, you will have the option to choose shipping or pickup. All orders chosen to be picked up at our local facility will not be charged for shipping regardless of purchase amount. 

Products orders over $60.00 will qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. 

 

Order Tracking

After the tracking number is provided by the carrier, the tracking number with a direct link will be updated and sent to you.

 

Canceling or modifying an Order

 Once an order is processed, we cannot stop, intercept, or otherwise redirect the package.

You cannot add items to your order once it has been placed.
